Can I return or exchange my item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your LNDR purchase, so we offer 30 days to return or exchange any unworn item(s), including discounted items, after you receive them.

Returns and exchanges are free for customers in Australia using our easy online portal here so you don’t have to worry about any extra shipping fees, however customs + duty charges already paid, cannot be refunded.

For New Zealand customers, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless your item is faulty, however all exchanges are free.

How do I start my refund/exchange process?

Please visit our easy online portal here to request a return or exchange and get your free pre-paid label.

1. Enter in your order number (e.g., AUS16309) & email listed on your order

2. Select the items you wish to return, the reason for return, and the condition it is in

3. If you would like to opt for an exchange, please select ‘Exchange’ under the ‘Reason’ dropdown and log your desired style for a swap in the comment box

4. Any items that have been logged as worn, faulty, or untagged will be evaluated by a member of our team before a pre-paid label is sent to your email

5. Once you confirm your return request, a pre-paid label will be sent directly to your email for printing.

6. Once your return is approved and the free shipping label is generated, please repack your item in the same mailing bag and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel. You can drop this off at your local post office here.

How to start my refund/exchange process – New Zealand

If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, please email customercareau@lndr-ldn.com.

Once your return is approved, we will email you with a return authorisation number and return shipping address. Simply repack your item and place your authorisation form inside the parcel. Items must be received within 30 days and in a re-sellable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless your item is faulty.

How long will it take to process my return/exchange?

Allow up to 10 business days. It takes 4 business days for the parcel to be returned by the carrier to our DC, then a couple of days to process it back into stock and a couple more days for the bank to process the money back into your bank account.

During busy sale periods, returns may take longer to process. If you have any queries regarding your return please contact customercareau@lndr-ldn.com.

What if my item is faulty/damaged?

Contact customercareau@lndr-ldn.com quoting your order number and attaching a photo of the fault or damage. If you have received the wrong item, quote your order number and tell us what you have received. For any faulty/damaged/wrong items, we will ensure you are compensated for any customs/duty charges incurred.

What if I don’t have a printer?

Use one of Australia Point’s printer service points here where you can also drop off the package.

What if I made my purchase through a third party?

Refunds on purchases made via any third-party partners must be directed to where the purchase was made, with the appropriate retailer.

What happens if I purchased with a gift card?

For any purchases made with a gift card, your refund will go directly back onto the original card to use again on your next order with us.

What are your shipping options?

Free AU Standard Shipping for all orders over $200

Australia Standard Shipping (2-8 Working Days): $6.00

Australia Express Shipping (1-4 Working Days): $12.00

New Zealand Standard Shipping (4-8 Working Days): $15.00

New Zealand orders above $1000 NZD will be subject to import duties. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website here.

All shipments are dispatched with Australia Post. Depending on your location, shipments may be dispatched via Couriers Please or Fastway instead.

Orders placed before 11am will be shipped same-day (Monday-Friday).

30-day sweat test T&C's

What's the 30-day Sweat test?

It’s good to get a feel for something before fully committing. That's why all leggings bought from 14 February are eligible for the ‘30-Day Sweat Test.' 

Sweat, squat and spin in your chosen pair for 30 days, and if you’re not happy with the leggings before the trial period is up, return them to us washed and ready to be recycled for a full refund. No hassle, no questions asked.

Leggings that have been purchased within this period can be exchanged or refunded, even if they have been worn.

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my legging(s)?

To return your item, please select "30-Day Sweat Test" as your return reason in the Returns Portal and a member of our Customer Services team will be in touch with your prepaid label.

Our standard exchange process applies to all items exchanged as part of the ‘30-Day Sweat Test’ trial period. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, length or style, please email customercareau@lndr-ldn.com so that we can help to get you into the perfect style(s).

Do I wash my leggings after I have worn them and what happens to them after I return?

Please wash your worn leggings before returning to us - carefully following the care instructions on the garment - as these will be donated to charities including Save The Children, Sacred Heart Mission, Ready Set Australia, St Kilda Mums and Good360 Australia! via our recycling partner Upparel.

In-line with our sustainable values, all LNDR products in a damaged or unwearable condition will be responsibly repurposed by Upparel into new goods created from shredded textile waste: including home insulation, mattresses filling, dog beds, socks, a flip-up sofa for children, and more.
