As part of the ember Pilates membership, you'll receive 5 new ember signature Pilates classes each week, ranging from 10-40 minutes. Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and designed to bring the perfect balance of strength, mobility and conditioning to your weekly exercise routine.
New workouts are uploaded on Sunday at 10pm AEST and are live for 7 days. You can access the platform worldwide, any time of day.
The ember signature classes include; Align Class, Condition Class and Burn Class.
