GENERAL TERMS

The following terms apply to all promotions: 

• LNDR reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify any entrants who tamper with the entry process or submit entries that do not comply with Terms & Conditions of entry. This includes conduct which is thought to be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of LNDR.
• LNDR reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate or cancel a discount or promotion at any time, without prior notice. 
• No rainchecks; prizes and/or discounts are not valid on previous purchases.
• Prizes and/or discounts are not redeemable for cash or credit.
• Prizes and/or discounts are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. 
• All discounts are valid for one use only, unless otherwise stated
  
  

Terms and Conditions for LNDR Competitions

General Information
Promoter: LNDR ("Promoter") is responsible for organizing these competitions. These promotions are not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by any third party unless explicitly stated.

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand, excluding ACT residents.

• Participants must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of LNDR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of such employees are ineligible to participate.

Scenic Rim Trail Competition

Prize Details

• A two-day guided walk with Spicers Scenic Rim Trail (valued from AUD $1,530 per person), which includes a two-night, inclusive (meals, accommodation & flights/ transfers^) stay at Spicers Canopy’s Luxury Tents for the winner and a friend (2pp total).

• A $500 LNDR wardrobe voucher for the winner and a friend.

• A year’s supply of Nutra Organics for the winner and a friend. Winners can select Nutra Organics products of their choice for the 12-month supply, up to a total value of $1,000 per person.

Total Prize Value: AUD 8,000

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Additional Prize Details

• The prize is valid for two (2) adults for the 2-Day Scenic Rim Walk (Scenic Rim Trail 2-Day Walk).

• ^ Inclusive:

• The Scenic Rim Trail team will arrange flights and transfers for the winner and their nominated guest (2pp total) up to the value of $1,000 AUD (combined) via Corporate Traveller. Any costs incurred over $1,000 AUD, will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest to pay. 

• The prize does not include beverages, which must be paid for upon departure. A credit card will be required to be held on file.

• Prize must be used by 26 October 2025.

• The prize is subject to availability and cannot be transferred to another Spicers Retreat.

• If a date change is required after booking, a $100 AUD per person change fee will apply. Changes cannot be made within 30 days of the scheduled booking.

Promotion Period

• Opens: March 03, 2025, at 12:01 AM.

• Closes: March 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be randomly selected on March 31, 2025.

• The winner will be notified via email.

• The winner must share their friend’s details for prize redemption purposes.

• All participating brands will contact the winners via email for prize fulfillment.

How to Enter

• Participants must enter via the official competition page au.lndr.com/pages/march25-competition

• One entry per person is allowed.

• Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

Additional Terms

• Winners must respond to email notifications within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture.

• LNDR is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or disruptions to travel.

• The winner is responsible for any additional costs not explicitly mentioned in the prize details.

• LNDR reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion in case of unforeseen circumstances.
