This is the Super-High Rise version, (giving an extra couple of cm to the high, wide waistband) designed to smooth and support your midline, ensuring these leggings stay locked in place throughout even the most rigorous workouts. These make running with POTS possible!
I am a runner and a lifelong POTS sufferer. I have several different brands of compression tights and these are by far my favorite. The compression is REAL— getting them on my body requires a less-than-glamorous procedure— but once they’re on they 1) look amazing, 2) are very comfortable, and 3) provide enough compression to make my runs noticeably easier. Like, my HR is 20bpm lower with them than without.
If they had a pocket they’d be absolutely perfect, but I get that they’re seamless; I just wear a sports bra with a phone pocket between the shoulder blades.
I’m 5’10” and a US 6. I initially ordered the S-M according to the measurements on the size chart, but my legs are a bit bigger than average, so I wound up exchanging them for the M-L. They’re still quite compressive. They don’t roll over or dig in. They’re the right length even though I’m tall, and the high waist isn’t quite as high on me as it is on the model— it’s prefect.
